Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s)

EFA’s are Essential Fatty Acids – Marine Lipids from fish oils. These are Omega-3 fatty acids consisting of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA  (Docosahexaenoic acid) precursors to Eicosanoids that reduce inflammation and support the cardiovascular, reproductive, immune and nervous systems throughout the body. Fish such as herring and sardines are good sources of these EFA’s.
